In his upload statement, he wrote that the ingredients used included two tablespoons of collagen protein powder, one spoonful of flaxseed, half a cup, one spoonful of chia seeds, one spoonful of almond butter, one half cup of almond milk without sugar or fresh spinach, one spoonful of ice, and some blueberries.
